OTS is a sophisticated technology platform developed by MSCL. The OTS Smartphone App plays a crucial role within the system, connecting water tanker consumers with the hydrant staff.

The OTS app streamlines the process for consumers to register their water tanker requests. It utilizes Google Maps to calculate estimated transportation charges based on distance, and promptly forwards the request to the appropriate hydrant. Consumers are kept informed of their request status via SMS, which includes details regarding tanker charges, contact information for the driver, and confirmation of request closure.
